InteriorThe Thunderbird is back and ready for an interior, the floor has already been covered in foil back padding, and high density heat insulation, over which we will be installing black Wilton wool carpet. |

The first step in the new interior will be the seats, and we start by covering the bare frames in a layer of burlap to support the foam buns. |

Next block foam is used to build up new foam buns on the existing seat frames, the foam is then carved into a custom shaped seat bun, on which lines are drawn to help with the patterning of the covers. |
