The seat inserts will be black suede, with a silver accent strip down the middle.

A Thunderbird V10 logo was drawn up and embroidered in the leather center section of the leanback.

The rest of the covers are cut out of black leather and sewn together, then installed on the new foam buns.

Before the factory dash pad could be wrapped in leather the lines in the pad had to be filled.

The lines were filled with a flexible repair compound, and then the whole dash was sanded smooth.

Vinyl is used to make a pattern of the shape of the dash.

Then the pattern is cut out of black leather and sewn together.

Then the leather is carefully glued and wrapped on to the dash pad.

We started with the original door panel board to use as a pattern.

After the new door boards have been cut out, the new door design is drawn out on to the panel.
