Paint Prep

We then spray on a layer of poly and sand to ensure a smooth even surface ready for paint.

Sand Blast

After the front end and bed are removed, the cab and frame were sand blasted to remove any remaining surface rust and years of built up dirt and road grime.

This also revealed any damaged areas that need to be repaired before they are ready for paint.

Painted

After fresh paint is applied, the cab can be set back on the frame, and we can begin reinstalling parts, and running electrical components, brake lines, etc.

Soon the truck will be ready for the newly rebuilt and repainted motor, and the rest of the body to be placed on the frame.
