After every thing is test fit, we make room for a 4.6 Dual overhead cam from a Lincoln Mark 8 under the hood. |

When that is done, the motor came back out to receive a fresh coat of silver paint. |

Rotating JigAfter all the working parts and body panels are made to fit and fabrication is complete, the Cougar is stripped back down to the frame and body and then placed on our 360 degree rotating frame jig. |

That makes it so all parts of the car are accessible to be sandblasted, and bodywork can begin. |

Prepping and paintingAfter the car was sandblasted, it gets body work and spray polyester, and a final sanding to ensure a smooth even finish. |
