Car secured to a frame jig to work on it

And the car is secured to a frame jig to make sure nothing moves or comes out of alignment.

Cutting the rear fender sections away

Then the rear fender sections were cut away from the car.

Car sandblasted clean so all damage can be seen

With the rear fenders removed, the car is then sand blasted clean to reveal any damage hidden under the paint.

Fitting the rear fenders from the donor car

With the car back in the shop, we begin fitting the rear fenders from the donor car.

And then weld them into place.

Fitting the repaired doors to the car

Next the repaired doors can be fitted to the car as well.

Car moved to the rotating jig to do the rest of the repair and replacement work

With the car moved from our frame jig to our 360 degree rotating jig, we gain access to all portions of the car and all remaining metal repair and replacement can be done.
