The front end components are painted and assembled. |

Then they can be mounted to the frame. |

Next the rear axle and springs are also mounted. |
 |
Now the car can be set back on its wheels. |
 |
Seam sealer is applied to all joints to keep water from seeping in to the cracks. |

Bodywork begins with smoothing the front fender….. |
 |
And the doors are hung on the car to be checked and worked so they line up well with the fenders and have an even gap all the way around. |

Then the welds from the new donor fenders and the factory weld lines are also smoothed. |
