The car is then sprayed with a layer of poly, which will be sanded and covered in a coat of primer, making the car ready for fresh paint.

After the Roadrunner is painted, we can now begin reassembling the car.

The electronic components on the outer firewall are installed.

And then the dash pad.

The doors and trunk lid are mounted.

The rear bumper is installed.

The hood can be installed…..

As well as the front bumper and headlights.

We now turn our attention to the interior, where the first step is a layer of thermal and sound insulation on the floor boards.
