Here we see the Diablo oil pan and differential being checked for fit to the new lower rear frame section.

After the lower engine compartment frame section is tacked together, the oil pan/differential is set in place to locate the engine mounts, which are the next thing to be welded in place.

Then the engine block, heads and headers were put in place.

So that the middle section of the engine compartment framework can be located…..

And connected to the lower section via vertical supports.

Then the uppermost section is added, as well as the diagonal supports in the exhaust header area.

Next the upper control arm pivots and shock mounts are fabricated and welded in place.

And here we see the diagonal supports connecting the upper and middle sections.

Then we move forward creating to lower frame section around the transmission.
