After the lower engine compartment frame section is tacked together, the oil pan/differential is set in place to locate the engine mounts, which are the next thing to be welded in place. |

Then the engine block, heads and headers were put in place. |

So that the middle section of the engine compartment framework can be located….. |

And connected to the lower section via vertical supports. |

Then the uppermost section is added, as well as the diagonal supports in the exhaust header area. |

Next the upper control arm pivots and shock mounts are fabricated and welded in place. |
