Then the cross member is mounted in the mill to locate and drill the pivot points….

Which are then inserted with spacers/bushings.

As well as the bottom pivot points.

Now the completed cross member is held in place on the frame jig.

Then supports are added connecting the cross member and creating the inner fender area.

And then we move forward creating the front luggage area.

From there the frame is moved to our 360 degree rotating jig, to provide better access and to complete the welds.

Here we see the addition of the floorboard, seat mounts, and supports creating the tunnel/console area.

The suspension pivot points are boxed in….

And forward control arm mounts are added.
