When the stretched Volkswagen beetle was brought to H.R.E. it had a set of late model bucket seats mounted in the front.

There was a box built as a divider and a place for a T.V. and some speakers.

And in the rear, a box had been built to hold two subs.

The boxes were removed; they will be smoothed, and upholstered in foam and vinyl.

Amplifiers were then installed in the space under the sub box.

Next we turned our attention to getting the power windows working.

And from there we finalized the rest of the wiring, including hooking up the audio video system, which has a separate, second battery, to prevent draining the main battery and killing the car.

Now we can move on to the upholstery work, first door panels were created, and finished with polished aluminum pulls, release handles, and trim.
