Hot Rod Express is equipped to complete full ground up builds and restorations. We also offer regular service and maintenance for your treasured classic and custom car or truck. We are the place to go to get performance upgrades. We sell and install superchargers, perform full engine swaps and offer transmission and suspension packages. For the finest in show quality paint and body work, HRE is your shop. The fabrication department has the ability and experience to build you the perfect custom chassis, repair any rust you have or create one off parts and cosmetic features to make your build truly unique.

 

FABRICATION

Our metal shop is equipped with an English wheel, planishing hammer, two brakes, slip roller, mill, hydraulic shears and punches, lathe, MIG and TIG welding. If you need help on a portion of your build or want a street rod built from the ground up, HRE has your fabrication needs covered.

PERFORMANCE UPGRADES

For the guy that just does not have the time, our experienced mechanics can build you that monster mill that you’ve been dreaming of having under your hood and keep it running at optimum levels! From a tune up to an engine swap, overhaul or even a modern engine upgrade with all the latest features, come see us at HRE.

PAINT AND BODY

Hot Rod Express offers body work and paint service in house. With a full PPG Global mixing bank, we can produce any color you can dream up or match that factory hue on your restoration. HRE uses an Air Filtration paint booth, quality supplies and materials and our skilled paint and body staff can ensure your pristine paint job will last as you enjoy your automobile!

UPHOLSTERY

Whether you’re looking for bright colors and exotic fabric or a factory reproduction, the interior trim department at Hot Rod Express can handle all of your needs. We make seat covers, doors panels, consoles, dash drops and convertible tops, all from scratch. Unlike some upholstery shops, our trimmers have access to fabricating equipment and the knowledge to achieve the demanding standards of today’s custom car world.
